How to Use It

1. Start with the story. Scan the QR code and listen together.
2. Brew the potion. Mix the Fizzy Foundation Powder into the Shimmering Elixir.
3. Read each ingredient card before adding the ingredient, and follow its directions. Each card offers a gentle parent script and practice for helping your child feel safe and settled again.
4. Read the parent booklet for deeper guidance on supporting recovery after hard moments.
5. Keep the charm as a small reminder of the practice.
